Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article by Danielle Zickl on the Runner’s World website. She gives some information from a team of doctors lead by Kenji Doma, Ph. D, who reviewed nearly 100 studies to figure out how to balance leg day with running. Use this information as a starting point and adjust based on your fitness goals, nutritional needs, daily schedule, and body recovery ability. Remember everyone is a little different.
