GAT Sports Nitraflex Pre-Workout Review

Over the years, Channel Dad Bryon Lape has reviewed many pre-workout supplements. Several subscribers recommended reviewing GAT Sports Nitraflex. Back in December (yeah, it’s been that long), Bryon Lape finally acquired a container of the Orange flavor of GAT Sports Nitraflex pre-workout.

How good is GAT Nitraflex? How much of a pump did Channel Dad Bryon Lape get from the pre-workout?

Another Channel Dad Bryon Lape supplement review has hit the Internet. Get the best, unbiased opinion on fitness supplements, look no further. Bryon Lape is not sponsored nor goes gorilla marketing for any supplement manufacturer. Though he does sometimes get free samples, he is open when that occurs and nothing is hidden. Like, share, subscribe.

Jeremy of Geeks + Gamers loves to rant, usually about Star Wars and Lucasfilm. Channel Dad Bryon Lape is a founding member of The Fandom Menace, so why doesn’t he rant more? He personally knows Jeff of World Class Bullshitters and has recorded videos with him. Bryon Lape also knows the other members of the World Class Bullshitters and brought the fans together to create the podcast called The Fan Caste. He is older than Uncle Ethan as well. So why not rant more?

Ranting is negative energy and all it brings is more negativity. Jeremy may grow the Geeks and Gamers channel with his style and that is good for him. Jeff takes a more middle of the road approach with the World Class Bullshitters, but it is his factual toy videos, in particular the Star Wars toys, that has made his channel grow quite well. Channel Dad Bryon Lape takes a more positive approach to his channel and covers items that interest him. This does include Star Wars, the MCU, and other Pop Culture items, but it is not limited to that realm. Bryon Lape is also interested in Fitness, Health, Photography, Computer Generated Images (check out his DAZ Studio attempts….and yes, he is learning Blender), and Beer (craft beer and making beer). That is why his channel is varied.

But why the name “Channel Dad”? Why does Bryon Lape use that so much that he renamed his channel to reflect it? That is a most excellent question. When he decided to create a Blue Ocean Strategy for his channel, Bryon Lape decided to connect people and ideas. Though he does interviews from time to time, it is not a main thrust of his channel. Finding people with different ideas and connecting them with others is what he does best. The connecting is a talent Bryon Lape has had for years. When Jeff Hicks of the World Class Bullshitters gave him the title of “Channel Dad,” it was due to him driving the group to various events and connecting them with others.

The Blue Ocean Strategy that Bryon Lape creates gives a more balanced approach to various pop culture events, even as Jeremy of Geeks + Gamers rants. Jeremy’s energy is balanced by Channel Dad’s moderated approach, giving members of the Fandom Menace a scale upon which to measure their own impressions. This is obvious from his Star Wars, DCEU, and MCU videos, but what about all the other stuff??

The Beer reviews are popular with World Class Bullshitters fans, in particular the ones in which Jeff Hicks appears. The two more watched reviews have Jeff and Kendo Slice joins in one of them. Want to see the various members of the World Class Bullshitters in more videos like this? If so, asking Jeff will not get it done as that is not the type of content he creates for his channel. Such content can only be recorded by Channel Dad Bryon Lape and released on his channel. It is only on the Bryon Lape channel that such desperate content can be created.

Very well, but what of Jeremy of Geeks and Gamers? Though he likes fitness, Channel Dad Bryon Lape is not really into watching sports, so perhaps the two of them can make Yoohoo! reviews. On the other hand, it may make since for Channel Dad and Geeks + Gamers to debate the further implications of the downfall of Pop Culture.

The Making Of World Class Bullshitters 100k Subscriber Deep Brown Ale

In early 2019, the World Class Bullshitters channel reached 100,000 subscribers. As Channel Dad, Bryon Lape felt compelled to make a Deep Brown Ale to help celebrate this accomplishment.

This video was recorded in March of 2019 when the beer was made and was meant to be the first installment of Brainmuffin’s Beer Kitchen (also available on Untappd for Homebrew check-ins). It took Channel Dad Bryon Lape a long time to finally try to edit it.

The beer itself was not ready by the time of Star Wars Celebration 2019 in Chicago, but the World Class Bullshitters did get to try some at HorrorHound Weekend in Indianapolis a few months later. Some fans of World Class Bullshitters stop by, waving to you Dr. Coffin Nails, and they also tried some. The beer did end up around 9% ABV and was well enjoyed.

Before he was Channel Dad, Bryon Lape started a podcast with Kendo Slice known as the Fan Caste. It lasted nearly 3 years, but finally came to and end. Kendo was picked by Jeff Hicks to be on the main World Class Bullshitters show and helped lay the foundation for the foursome that now make up the cast.

Watching this video it is clear to see that although Channel Dad Bryon Lape does have some videographer and editor skills, he is no Nik Uttam. The camera in use is a Nikon D7000 and it does have quirks that make some video concepts difficult to do. Also during the day of brewing, the clouds kept rolling in and out, making the lighting change quite a bit. Bryon Lape did the best he could.

In some scenes, Channel Dad Bryon Lape tried to be funny, but he is no Dion Green, horses not included. Laugh and comment anyway.

The homebrewing equipment used by Channel Dad Bryon Lape (Brainmuffin) is a Grainfather. This is an all electric brewing system and is geared as at 110 volt for the US. This is not a how-to video for the Grainfather, but give feedback for things Bryon Lape does wrong so he can learn. He does not get to make beer very often, so all the feedback will help.

Elizabeth Hurley – Red Hot Abs At 54

Over her 54 years, Elizabeth Hurley has been no stranger to controversy. She has been very candid about her fitness and healthy lifestyle. She has her own swimsuit fashion brand and often posts to her Instagram in one of her outfits. Elizabeth Hurley once again lights up Instagram in a red bikini showing her red hot abs. Is she really 54?

Channel Dad Bryon Lape read an article on the Women’s Health website written by Emily Shiffer about Elizabeth Hurley’s ‘Hot Red’ bikini show her fabulous abs. It is hard to believe that Elizabeth Hurley is 54 in this photograph and she shared it on Instagram. Elizabeth Hurley has become the Queen of Bikini Selfies on Instagram and there doesn’t seem to be anything to slow her down.

Elizabeth Hurley is very open about her healthy lifestyle and being active. She strives to eat meats and vegetables that are as local as possible, supporting small farms over large corporate structures. She does do squats while brushing her teeth and loves cutting down brush with a chainsaw. The more active she stays outside, the less she has to worry about “workouts”.

What do you think of Elizabeth Hurley? She she look and act 54? Is it time for yoga?

Amazing Grass Superfood Empty Container Review

Superfoods of various sorts are quite popular these days. Several mixes are available claiming to give you a full days supply of vegetables. Some do not taste very good, while others are far too sweet. From the Amazing Grass brand comes Green Superfood mix. It is quite affordable, but how does it taste?

Channel Dad Bryon Lape tried an entire container of Green Superfood from Amazing Grass. He has tried other green superfood mixes before, so he knows what is out there. Green Superfood is not loaded with sugar nor artificial sweeteners and that is a good thing. What does Channel Dad think of this supplement and how good does it taste?

Daisy Ridley Wonders Where The Love For Star Wars Went

The era of Disney Star Wars started hot out of the gate with The Force Awakens. The J. J. Abrams directed movie not only reached $1 Billion quicker than any movie in history, it was the first to cross $2. There was a small minority of fans who did not like it, but most loved it and the stain of the prequels was scrubbed from their minds.

Rogue One was released a year later and it did well, being outside the regular numbered anthology and bridging part of the gap between episodes III (The Revenge of the Sith) and IV (A New Hope). Even a few of the detractors of The Force Awakens liked it and there was high belief that Disney Star Wars would be good.

Then came The Last Jedi. The Rian Johnson penned and directed episode VIII divided the fan base like no other film. The shine on Disney Star Wars was forever tarnished and for many fans, the ride was completely over. The love affair that had started with good will and high hopes from J. J. Abrams and The Force Awakens was gone in a single movie. The cast felt it was well.

Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article about Daisy Ridley and her observance as the fans of Disney Star Wars started with Love and then vanished. Daisy Ridley astutely asks, “Where did the Love for Star Wars go?” By the time The Rise of Skywalker was released to theaters, the vast majority of fans were gone.

The last installment of the Skywalker saga costs far more than any of the other episodes and brought in less money than any of the other Disney Star Wars saga movies. It took a long time to get over $1 billion, but dropped 30% from the gross of The Last Jedi.

What was your ride with Disney Star Wars? Are you one of the few who enjoyed all of the movies (The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and The Rise of Skywalker)? Did you feel for Daisy Ridley and believe the ones who dislike Star Wars the most are the fans? Is there no way to get past A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of The Jedi? Where is the love for Star Wars?

The fans are not the only ones who dislike Disney Star Wars. Recently John Boyega has also thrown shade at Disney Star Wars. It is not fully certain if he is echoing some fans or trying to save his career, but there are many who agree that Disney did not use Finn as they should. Finn had the potential to be an incredible character in the Disney Star Wars Saga, but they chose to make him the butt of jokes. The Force should have awoken in Finn and be why his First Order training to did hold. His struggle for self-identity could have been a powerful journey, but J.J. Abrams chose not to do that and Rian Johnson made Finn a worse character. So much potential lost.

Perhaps George Lucas should have stopped after making the first Star Wars movie and not make more. Perhaps the Return of the Jedi in 1983 should have been the last Star Wars movie. It is hard to say, but now there are more Star Wars movies that are disliked than those that are loved.

So fans,

Where is the Love for Star Wars??

Kentucky Coffee Barrel Stout Review

Adding coffee beans to a stout is not a completely new thing. Neither is aging a strong stout in a bourbon barrel. Kentucky Ale has taken both of these ideas and put them together: a coffee stout aged in bourbon barrels. The result is a strong coffee aroma with hints of vanilla and oak. This is a good balance of flavors.

Channel Dad Bryon Lape, in the guise of Brainmuffin, reviews the Kentucky Coffee Barrel Stout with his daughter Kelloggs. While he enjoys various strong beers, his daughter doesn’t, but she really likes coffee. Will she like the Kentucky Coffee Barrel Stout?

Here is the description of the stout from the Kentucky Ale website: Kentucky Coffee Barrel Stout is brewed and aged with Alltech® Café Citadelle Haitian coffee and aged in world-famous Kentucky bourbon barrels. The result is a complex stout with dark-roasted malts, hints of caramel and vanilla, and a lightly roasted coffee finish.

Elizabeth Hurley Looks Legit 21 On Instagram?

There is no doubt that Elizabeth Hurley has stayed in great shape in her 50’s. Her beauty and glow can easily be seen in her Instagram. She is a beautiful person inside as well. As part of a fund drive for the DHS in England, she is modeling a Tote that can be purchased. Does Elizabeth Hurley look legit 21 in her Instagram post?

Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article about Elizabeth Hurley’s beauty and charm.

Elysian Brewing Space Dust IPA Review

Not all IPAs are created equal nor the same. Elysian Brewing Space Dust IPA is a hoppy beer made from Chinook, Citra, and Amarillo. The IBUs peg at 73 and it has good bitterness. Channel Dad Bryon Lape reviews Space Dust IPA poured from the bottle.

Yuengling Brewery Black And Tan Review – Craft Beer Review

The Yuengling Brewery began in 1829 when David G. Yuengling arrived from Wuerttemberg, Germany. It is America’s oldest brewery and has been making various styles nearly the whole time. The Black & Tan was introduced in 1986 and it models a traditional English Half & Half. Channel Dad Bryon Lape tries the canned version. He does pour it into a glass first.

Across the ocean in Ireland, the term “Black and Tan” has a very different meaning, so they prefer to call this a “Half and Half”. There does seem to be some contention on whether the mixture should be a Harp Lager and a Guinness Stout or mixing the stout with a Base Ale.

Channel Dad is not the only title Bryon Lape has. Many call him a Beer Nerd and several call him Beer Snob. He has taken the title Beer Snob during reviews of other beverages. How well does Beer Snob Bryon Lape roll off the tongue?

When people think craft beer, many do not think about Yuengling. It may be the oldest brewery and be located in sleepy Pottsville, Pennsylvania, but is a craft brewery. This is a craft beer review.

They make more than just the Yuengling traditional lager. Yuengling make many different styles, many of them as summertime refreshing beverages. Of all the different styles Yuengling makes, what is your favorite?

Have you tried Yuengling Black & Tan?

Did Sweden Find The Right Solution?

In the early days of the 2020 pandemic, there was little information going out of China. Doctors and others tried to smuggle out what was known, but the government cracked down. Western countries had very little good data when the virus spread to their countries. France and Italy shutdown. Great Britian did too, though much later. Russia closed their borders. The United States has had a mixed response.

Sweden, on the other hand, treated it like all other flu pandemics: secluded the most vulnerable, stopped large public gatherings (50 or more people), closed high schools and colleges, told their people to take precautions while in public, treated the sick with medicines that were shown to work, and went about life more or less as usual. Their mortality rate is low, though the virus has spread wider. The goal was better and more wide spread herd immunity, which will come as a result of either exposure or a vaccine. Was the Swedish response the correct one or was it completely irresponsible? Will the Swedish response result in similar results has are being experienced in San Francisco where the herd immunity is high due to early, wide-spread exposure?

Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article about the Swedish response. Johan Giesecke, Sweden’s former chief epidemiologist, responses to criticism and chose to make a science based approach. Do you think Johan Giesecke is being short-sighted? Is Sweden preserving their economy a good long term strategy? What will happen if the world plunges into a Depression? If you were in Johan Giesecke’s position and had the same information, how would you proceed?

The topic of public health in response to infectious disease has wide ranging ideas and correct responses. Doctors and scientists will handle these cases differently, based on what they are trying to avoid and accomplish. Not all goals are mutually inclusive and often very difficult decisions have to be reached.
