D. A. Henderson On The Effectiveness Of Lockdowns

From 1967 to 1977, D. A. Henderson directed an international effort to eradicate smallpox. It was an Herculean task, but one the world really needed for better health. Later, Henderson became the Dean of John Hopkins School of Public Health. He really knows Health Science and was respected within the medical community.

D. A. Henderson did not stop after his efforts against smallpox. In 2006, he helped author a report that looked at the various processes of dealing with flu pandemics all around the world. Dr. Andrew Bostom highlighted the report quite well.

Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article by Jim Hoft on the Gateway Pundit covering the findings by D. A. Henderson and his team. It is amazing how much this report says not to do and what is not effective in comparison to how the last episode has been handled. It reads like the Computer development equivalent of Waterfall.

The PDF of Dr. D. A. Henderson’s paper is available on-line for all to read. If you want to search for it, the by-line is THOMAS V. INGLESBY, JENNIFER B. NUZZO, TARA O’TOOLE, and D. A. HENDERSON and the title is “Disease Mitigation Measures in the Control of Pandemic Influenza“.
