I Remember A Time

Sheet Music
Sheet Music (Photo credit: jayneandd)

I remember a time when music played within my head. It was not the music of others, replayed for my enjoyment. I was my music. It danced. It charmed. It played throughout my being. It was my music.

More than once were the attempts to put it on paper for others to play. All attempts feel short of the heard music. The skills for transcription were too weak to prevail. More skills were acquired. More attempts were made. All failed too.

The failures lead to frustation. The music was sweet. The music was beautiful. It required sharing. It fought to get out. New mediums were pursued. The music changed. Results were far fleeting and mixed. Eventually the music died down as the music of others grew louder. The music that was a part of me became replaced. Childhood dreams replaced with the realities of life. The music grew quieter. The music did not die.

The music rose again when change was desired. The music again sought an avenue for sharing. It grew again to the front. Again it was not understood. Again it failed to gather desire, gather acceptance. The music is still a part of me. It still desires to be shared.

The music will build others. The music will inspire others. The music will lead others to their own paths. The music will produce music for others. The music will become.

Let the music out.

Congress Is Worthless

Congress. Why bother? Too many people want free stuff, so Congress spends money from those who have yet to be born. After all, they have to get the votes. The clueless sheep keep voting and no one can do math. Why bother?

The Fiscal Cliff was created to scare everyone and it worked. Now Congress has pushed a bill through that totally screws the taxpayer. Who cares about the future? Obama wants to be dictator and he needs the country to collapse. What few Republicans will stand up are shouted down by the morons who cannot add and vote for free stuff. The useful idiots are everywhere. After call, Capitalism got us into this mess, right? NO! Dead wrong!

It is no wonder the Government is in control of education. When people are educated, they are harder to control. Jimmy Carter gave us the Department of Education and they in-turn gave us “New Math” which guaranteed Math illiteracy. Two generations of idiots later, Obama wins re-election and most of them voted to get free stuff. None of them can do the math to know we cannot pay for any of it. Mean spirited Republicans stealing all that money from the poor. Boo!

Idiots all. There isn’t a single Obama voter who isn’t a self-centered spoiled brat. It is all Bush’s fault. The unfunded wars. The tax cuts. Blah…Blah…do the Math. You are wrong.

So, why does Congress bother to meet? There hasn’t been a budget in four years, yet Obama has raised taxes on the working class, he has expanded the sexual assault provided by the TSA, has destroyed health insurance for all but the wealthiest and has expanded the war in Afghanistan. What does he do for an encore? Expand the war into Africa, of course. Is any of this funded? Does it matter? Uncle Ben will just print more money, robbing the working class more and pay it to their banker friends.

Enough. If you really care about any kind of real future for America, there is no way you can vote for a Democrat. No way. All but a few Republicans are in the same boat. Push them out to sea and let them go. It is time for real Change.

It is time for 2013…More sharing…More Awakening…

Happy New Year 2013
Happy New Year 2013 (Photo credit: Mark Kens)

The year that was, 2012, has left me changed in more ways than I ever would have believed. I have shared of myself on this blog and on my YouTube channel in ways that I never imaged and the response has been incredible. From the questions and comments that people have been sending me, it looks like 2013 will deliver new avenues to explore and share.

I am looking forward to writing and creating videos sharing more of myself and my world. I do have requests to explore more of my INTJ-ness and what it was like growing up with that personality. Some of you want to know what it is like have Fi as a tertiary function and I look forward to sharing it with you.

Writing of the YouTube channel, I have found several videos that I shot near the end of 2011 that I neglected to publish. Many of them are about marketing: what it is, how to do it and why. These are quite informative and need to be shared. These videos were created in response to questions and answers are overdue.

Yes, 2013 does hold some scariness. The United States Congress seems hell bent on never producing no budget and Obama continues to show he has no leadership skills. Too many Americans are voting for free stuff, with no regard from where the money will come to give out so much crap. America is heading to the same place as Greece, if they do not wake up.

David Icke continues to make more sense with his presentations and connecting events. The overlords of the masses are very scared of him. More and more people are waking up, though far too many are asleep. The year 2013 is shaping to be a pivotal year. So much momentum was cared into 2012 it looked to be a breakout year. Alas, the Republican leadership scammed Romney upon the people and the overlords were able to get their fraud in-line for Obama’s re-election. None of the fraud will be investigated and no one will do jail time for breaking various election laws. Their fraud actions show how scared they are of the people. After all, the people cannot be trusted to elect the correct leaders.

So, here we come, 2013. Are you ready for us? This year, more people will wake up. More people will take control of their destiny and refuse to rely on the Government for their livelihood. More people will start a business and more people will find Freedom. And above all, more people learn the meaning of Liberty and how it was stolen from them. They will demand it back.

Coffee Shop Millionaire…a review

Have you seen the videos for the “Coffee Shop Millionaire”? They are hard to miss. They are everywhere. In 2011, I signed up for this program. Here’s what it really is.

They claim you don’t need your own website. Wrong. You not only need one, you need several. They gladly will sell you a domain and have hosting. Your site will be complete gibberish, but the search engines will like it. It is all geared to drive traffic. Forget having good keywords as those are too expensive. You will get some crappy key words. Such goes life.

Next you will need product to sell. Money of your money goes out the window. You will not get traffic, nor will you get sales. The “Coffee Shop Millionaire” system is about separating you from your money.

Sure. The videos show numbers going into ClickBank accounts. Yes, that money is real, but it is not typical nor is it what you can do. This is Anthony’s account. After all, he made the system and sells the system. You don’t have the access.

The member’s area is pathetic. No training. No nothing. What a joke.

Forget about making money online with this system. It isn’t possible. I was able to get some money back, but not much. The “Coffee Shop Millionaire” is 100% scam. No checks. No autopilot money. No nothing. It does not make money. Period.

The Importance Of Your Niche

Niche in the wall
Niche in the wall (Photo credit: RahelSharon)

Back in my Pro U days, Gregg Davison was very keen of stating we needed to find our niche. This was more than finding an opening in a market. Your niche is defined by who you are and how you will express your voice. You must fit well into your niche as you need to own it fully. Choose a niche that doesn’t fit you and your customers will notice.

The idea of a niche was also repeated in training by Michael Force and Andrew Cass. It was a shared and correct idea. It again came to the foreground in workshops lead by Justin Woolf and Aaron Rashkin. Find your niche. Find your niche. Find your niche. Ok, I get it.

Recently I decided to return to trading. I had success before and the market seemed to have at least some direction. It was time to do homework and paper trade to understand trends and cycles. I had mostly failure, but this was the beginning. Time to get some guidance.

The other day I called Michael Parness to seek his knowledge. Previously I had been a member of the Orange belt options service and I was one of the first to sign up for the website www.parnesseducation.com. We talked for about half an hour and near the end I heard a familiar phrase, “You need to find your niche.” Again?

One may wonder why one would need a niche for trading stocks. It is quite simple. Your niche is your methods: the way you trade, why you trade, how you do plays and when you get out. It is about what you do in your trades. It is about you.

Your niche. What is it? Learn to find it. It is your voice. It is who you are. It is the way to your future.

No Duh Goes To Peter Morici

duh!
duh! (Photo credit: pumpkincat210)

And the “no duh!” award goes to…. Peter Morici

Peter Morici is a guest blogger for CNBC and is professor at the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Ok, that’s nice. During the recent presidential campaign, no rally cry with the Democrats and their sheeple voting block was “Sock the Rich!” It seems these brilliant thinkers believe taxing those who create jobs is a good thing and it will help balance the budget.

Not so fast there Skippy.

The good professor has figured out that soaking the rich will not solve the problem. No kidding? You mean the problem is not one of revenue? Oh my goodness. We are all so dumb.

Yep, the facts are in. Spending is the number 1 issue with the budget. There’s way too much. Welfare, military, foreign aide. You name it. All of it needs to be reduced. For too long the politicians have been buying votes off the back of the unborn. The good professor is right. Tax increases will not bring in enough money. The frugal US government will spend all that in 6 days.

Thanks professor.

My name is Bryon and I’m an Introvert

Susan Cain theatre session
Susan Cain theatre session (Photo credit: joeyanne)

I came across Susan Cain’s video on TED TALKS while looking for fellow INTJs on YouTube. It may seem odd to be looking for others as an introvert, though it is quite normal for us. We are not necessarily shy. We internalize our thinking and like to be by ourselves. What better way to find others than through the Internet.

Introversion is not shyness. Introverts like to think to talk. They internalize their thought process and do look for the input of others. The value of others is high and they long to be valued.

Susan’s speech is about the power of introverts. She discuss how the tend to be better leaders and how solitude matters. Our society seems hellbent on removing extroverts. Classrooms are typically setup for group assignments and it causes introverts to feel uncomfortable or that they are in too noisy a place.

Solitude is important. Being able to go off by one’s self allows the mind to be free to express and explore. Ideas come forth and flourish. Today’s society sets higher value on sales than ideas. Here, Introverts are often overlooked and forgotten.

Groups are necessary for creating required solutions. Each person also needs to be valued to be left to work alone to foster deep thought. Truth is found in the stillness of many streams.

The iPhone Sucks

Image representing iPhone as depicted in Crunc...
Image via CrunchBase

The iPhone was a great revolution. It not only had a touch screen and allowed applications, but it also had a real Safari browser. The fanboys went nuts! Safari on a phone! A phone based on OS X! Awesome!

The applause started to die down once people tried to use websites with the browser on the iPhone. It was annoying. The users had to pinch and scroll to see the images and click the links. Website were getting wider as the screens people used were becoming higher resolution. The real estate was vast and designers used every inch. The user experience with the smart phones sucked. That meant stores were losing customers; losing money.

Along came the web based application. It held the data it required local and talked to the store’s server via web services. Now the application could be native and so could the user experience. A customer can download the application from the App Store for free, use it to determine their purchase and send the order to the server securely.

The restaurant chain Chipotle has a great website. Visitors can get food information and create an order. Trying to use it on an iPhone is terrible, but they have an app in the App Store. Once downloaded, customers see a similar experience as the website, but one tailored to the iPhone. Android users also have an application made for their phone. Once the order has been created, the customer can pay for it and send it to a local store based on their location. Makes it very easy for the customer and that means more sales.

Other companies also have their own applications. ProFlowers and 1800Flowers are among them. What about your site? Getting your site mobile ready is easier than you think. Visit and order today.

My Thoughts On The Nikon D600

Nikon D600
Nikon D600 (Photo credit: Nkolus)

The Nikon D600 is out! It is here! Finally! Woo hoo! Ok, but why????

A few things for the technical geeks. It has 24 megapixels, so now you can zoom way in and have good, sharp images. If you lens can give you that much information. It uses SD based cards like all the other pro-sumer oriented cameras. Ok, not all, but most. The  means SDHC and SDXC are supported. These cards are quick, high capacity and inexpensive. And it has two of these slots, like the Nikon D7000. That’s cool!

Yeah, so what? So it is another camera at the top of the pro-sumer line.

This one is different! This one is….Full Frame!!! Yep! Finally! A full frame camera from Nikon around $2,000!

So?

So??? That means Nikon is finally allowing the rest of us to choose a full frame. That means no more cropping those old, beautiful lenses. That means we finally get great color and low noise ISO down in the price range that doesn’t require a second mortgage. That means that we may finally get a full frame price war between Nikon and Canon (please feel free to join in the fray Sony, Olympus and Pentax). This is great!

I really love the idea of the Nikon D600! No, I will not get one….yet…I tend to be a second generation adopter, but I really love this. Currently, I have a D7000 and I will definitely be upgrading at some point. I had thought to wait for the replacement of the D7000, but now I know I will not. That is, of course, unless it is a full frame camera. I have some older Tamron lenses that are full frame. Yes, the current crop factor of DX sensors is nice, but I’d rather have an affordable full frame with 16 megapixels than a 24 megapixel, APS-C sensor (yeah D5200, I’m talking to you) anyway.

This is the start of the full frame revolution. No longer relegated to the top end, really freaking expensive cameras, full frame for the masses is finally becoming a reality for every one. Yes, it is only the first camera in the Nikon line to be full frame at this level, but more will follow. Someday the entry level camera will be full frame too. I cheer its arrival.

See my video of my thoughts on the D600. Subscribed to my YouTube channel and share in the discussion.

The Fraudulent Re-election Of Barry Soetoro

Louisiana State Museum, Baton Rouge, Louisiana...

As the election season of 2012 went forward, there were reports of more and more fraud. All kinds of oddities were popping up, mostly in hotly contested key states. Each day since the election seems to bring more to light. How fraudulent were these elections?

I know the Democrat supports and fan boys will be crying foul about now. They will no doubt point out George Bush stole the election in 2000. They are wrong and their minds are incapable of knowing the truth. In every recount, Bush won Florida. This includes recounts done after the elections by various media outlets. The myth still lives on. The election of 2012, however, is another matter.

During the months leading to election day, there were reports of fraudulent voter registrations in Ohio. The reports stated out of state voters were being bussed in and given fake bills to use as evidence of having moved. No thorough investigation was conducted by law enforcement and the Democrat supports claimed it was all false claims laid out by Glenn Beck. Oddity number 1.

During early voting in Ohio, North Carolina and Colorado came reports that votes for Mitt Romney were being tuned into Obama votes. The machines were checked. Some failed, most didn’t. Election officials stated there was nothing wrong and again it was hype by Glenn Beck. The Marion Star pulled the articles from their website within a day. All is well people, pay no attention to the man behind the mirror. Oddity number 2.

Reports surfaced about fraudulent voter registrations in Illinois. While this is nothing new for Chicago, why would Barry need fake votes in that state? What was going on? He should have have Illinois locked up. Even Jesse Jackson campaigned for him in Illinois. Huh. Oh yeah, that’s normal. Oddity number 3.

On election day itself, everyone’s peace loving organization “The New Black Panthers” showed up to intimidate white folks, I mean protect the locals, in Philadelphia. They stood in the doorways against voting laws. The cops did nothing. After all, them white folks tried to get picture identification required for voting, someone has to stick up for the poor inner city folk. Oddity number 4.

Philadelphia didn’t only have the Black Panthers for oddities. Republican election officials were illegally kicked out of voting areas for several hours. Reports stated up to 70 such officials were removed, some by force. A judge eventually ordered that they be allowed back in. What went on in the meantime? No one seems to know or care. After all, Philly was an easy claim by Barry. Why would he need any help there?? Oddity number 5.

Military votes, many times not counted in states were they have no effect on the outcome, have been reported lost or delayed by various means. Some were accidentally dumped overboard when transferring off ship. Some were accidentally marked as ammunition and sent to Afghanistan. Many of those that arrived did so on November 7, quite conveniently on day too late. Early counts on this votes show that in some key states, they may have tipped the vote to Romney. Again no investigation, no outcry. Oddity number 6.

Here are six oddities about this election and this is not an exhaustive list. There are ties to George Soros to voting machines in the northern mid-West. There is also Obama receiving funds directly from sources outside the US, in violation of campaign finance laws. And there are more. How many oddities does it take to make people wonder just how free this election was? Whose voice was actually heard on November 6? Is David Icke correct and there really are Lizard Overlords on the moon?

Wake up America, before it is too late.
